Project Engineer

Responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of structured cabling projects. Additionally, ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. Oversee projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
  • Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
  • Maintain and develop strong relationship with customers with direct interaction with focus on improving customers’ perception of service, quality, on time delivery, responsiveness, and problem solving.
  • Travel to various job sites required.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects.
Job Requirement:
  • Understand technical and construction documents.
  • Experience in the construction or technology industries is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Understanding of general contractor procedures.

Technical Sales in ELV System

Oversee the Extra Low Voltage System in commercial projects. Familiar with Structured Cabling, BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Door Access and PA Systems. Understand system design and review technical specification including quotations.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical resource to the sales team, and technical lead for client prospects throughout the sales process
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Directors, and Managing Directors to demonstrate to prospects on how best to address their use cases and technical requirements
  • Develop new accounts and grow the market shares of existing customers
  • Visit potential customers for new business opportunities. Conduct sales calls and client visits
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
  • Help design solutions based on products while always driving toward deal closure
  • Educate customers and share best practices on integration throughout the sales cycle
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures & solution.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts.
Job Requirement:
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering / Process Automation / Building Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experiences in management of ELV Systems and/or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects.
  • A resourceful individual with good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Project Procurement in BMS & Construction

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender and pricing documents
  • Review proposals from suppliers; review, clarify and negotiate business rules with suppliers
  • Monitor and track project expenses and timeline
  • Ensure that records, documentations and related issues of projects are kept updated
  • Any other duties that may be assigned
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering; or Diploma with Contracts Administrative or Procurement experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

Facilities Executive/ Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Respond to facility emergencies promptly, co-ordinating necessary actions to resolve issues
  • Providing technical support and advise the team and also act as the co-ordination point between the various sub-contractors and/or vendors
  • Any other duties assigned by management
Job Requirement:
  • Degree or Diploma in similar industry or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 year of working experience or equivalent
  • Well-versed and experienced with good technical competency in it, A&A and M&E matters
